Prior to establishing Wilshire Advisory Group, Craig co-founded Stone-Miller in 1991 with a mission to reshape the real estate brokerage landscape. Throughout the course of his career, Craig has accumulated a wealth of experience, providing tailored services to commercial tenants while skillfully navigating the ever-evolving real estate market.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Wilshire Advisory Group, Craig manages a substantial portfolio, overseeing transactions exceeding $400 million annually. His leadership has been pivotal in orchestrating over 550 successful real estate transactions each year for the firm.

Throughout his career, Craig has honed his expertise in tenant representation, addressing complex lease structures, equity participation, lease restructuring, subleases, purchases, build-to-suit arrangements, and lease sale-backs. His deep understanding of these aspects has resulted in effective real estate solutions for renowned organizations such as Intel Corporation, Rubicon Project, Trope & Trope, Rubin Postaer and Associates, Esquire Deposition Services, Lockheed Martin, and numerous other national and international companies.

Craig’s journey in real estate began at Chase Development, where he specialized in shopping center development in the Southern California market. His commitment to growth and education led him to complete his undergraduate studies in Political Science at Pennsylvania State University.

David is a Partner at Wilshire Advisory Group, and has been a commercial real estate professional for more than three decades. David is an attorney and uses his legal knowledge and real estate experience to represent companies ranging from multinational corporations to foreign governments to local entrepreneurial firms.  David has extensive knowledge on various real estate matters which range from customized solutions for business development and strategy, needs analysis, property selection, financial and market analysis, contract review and negotiation, construction and improvement management, and lease administration.

David provides thorough real estate support for clients who have multiple locations and has completed transactions in most of the states in the nation. David has served as the primary real estate representative for companies having as many as 300 national and worldwide locations.

Some of David’s clients have included Four Seasons, Tenet Healthcare, Sony Music Entertainment, the Disney Foundation, DaVita Medical Group Company, AppleOne Employment Services, Futures Academy, Staffmark Holdings, and the Act 1 Group of Companies.  David uses his creativity and legal expertise to ensure that his clients take advantage of negotiation strategies which ultimately lead to successful outcomes.

David received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley.  In his free time, David has a sense of wanderlust and is an avid traveler.  He also enjoys hiking, tennis, yoga, and scuba diving.

As the Executive Vice President of Wilshire Advisory Group, Jeff Lipson spearheads significant tenant representation engagements, collaborating with successful organizations across the country. His career commenced in 1994 at Stone-Miller, where he served as a partner and played a pivotal role in orchestrating commercial real estate lease and sale transactions exceeding $1 billion. Jeff’s comprehensive expertise encompasses all facets of lease transactions, allowing him to identify opportunities and generate value-added benefits for esteemed clients such as Esquire Deposition Solutions, Salon Republic, Intel Corporation, American Jewish University, International Medical Corps, and many other professional corporations.

Demonstrating a profound ability to optimize real estate to an organization’s advantage, Jeff specializes in strategic planning, relocation analysis/negotiations, subleasing, lease terminations, renegotiations, buyouts, operating expense reviews, and leveraging a client’s financial strength to achieve highly favorable concessions.

Beyond his significant tenant representation practice, Jeff possesses a profound understanding of commercial sale transactions where he understands how to protect his buyers and sellers during the negotiation and escrow period. He has successfully represented numerous investment buyers, sellers, and owner-users by employing creative solutions like using favorable financing to enhance the return on investment.

In addition to his agency-side work, Jeff has served as a major principal in the ownership of numerous retail buildings in Brentwood and the Burbank area. As a real estate investor/owner, Jeff offers invaluable insights into strategically structuring commercial real estate investments, aiming to create enduring value and wealth for his clients.

Prior to his real estate career, Jeff worked in the banking industry at Sanwa Bank. Jeff holds a Business degree from California State University, Northridge, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate.

Todd is a native of Los Angeles with a comprehensive understanding of current and long-term trends within the Greater Los Angeles marketplace and beyond, and he specializes in Tenant Representation and Investment Sales. Prior to becoming a Partner at Wilshire Advisory Group, Todd started his commercial real estate career with Stone-Miller in 2003.

Todd’s strategic and balanced service platform maximizes opportunities for his clients as they expand, consolidate, acquire, reposition, and dispose of commercial real estate assets. Todd’s distinctive personal and business experiences, coupled with his unique and effective interpersonal results-orientated approach, aligns his clients’ real estate needs with their financial and operational objectives on local, regional, and national levels.

Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Todd served as the Director of Administration for Temple Judea in Tarzana, California, where his responsibilities included merger and acquisition, administering a $5 million annual budget, and supervising all aspects of financial reporting, operations, and human resources.

Todd holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College. In addition to attending Tulane University, Todd received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Business Communications from California State University Northridge.

Gonzalo specializes in corporate office tenant representation throughout the US, both for national and international companies. Gonzalo leverages his many years of expertise in corporate finance, operations management, and international business to achieve successful results for corporate clients in South Florida and across the United States with their real estate requirements. He is recognized locally in South Florida.

Gonzalo works with all aspects of commercial real estate services, including business development, requirement analysis, property selection, financial and market analysis, contract review and negotiation, construction and improvements management, and lease administration. He is currently heading the expansion of Wilshire Advisory Group throughout the U.S. east coast, more specifically our growth in Tenant Representation services throughout Florida. Gonzalo has been directly involved in all types of lease and purchase transactions for local and international corporate clients.

Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Gonzalo gained invaluable experience while working for international firms in the financial and technology industries. Gonzalo holds a Master of International Business from Pepperdine University and La Sorbonne University/IGS in Paris, France. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Brad Kesner brings more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate transactions to the clients he serves as a Senior Vice President of Wilshire Advisory Group.  Focused on leasing and investments, Brad represents Institutional Lenders, Banks, Trust Companies, Bank Trust Departments, Probate Attorneys, and individuals in leasing, selling, and buying commercial property.  Brad has personally leased and sold more than $500 million in commercial property in Southern California and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate sales, including: income analysis, cash flow projections, due diligence studies, leases with options to purchase, installment sales, syndications, and partnerships.  With his strong work ethic, well-honed negotiation skills, and intimate knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market, Brad has the proven ability to consistently create value for owners of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Brad was with Stone-Miller since 1994, and previously worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial, now CBRE.  Starting as a market researcher while still in high school, Brad gained a solid foundation in the basics of real estate transactions, forming, negotiation, market analysis, prospect canvassing and closings.  He was appointed to CB’s investment staff upon his graduation from college, and successfully represented buyers and sellers out of the firm’s Beverly Hills, Mid Wilshire and San Fernando Valley offices.

Brad received his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. Brad is a Southern Californian native, and an active member of several professional real estate associations.

As a Vice President at Wilshire Advisory Group, Ron Kaspi is a seasoned expert in the world of commercial real estate. With a career dedicated to assisting tenants with office leasing, Ron Kaspi has established himself as a trusted name in the industry.

Prior to Wilshire Advisory Group, Ron began his journey at Stone-Miller as an Associate, and through hard work, determination, and a passion for tenant representation, he quickly progressed to the role of Senior Associate. Today, Ron proudly holds the position of Vice President, a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field.

Catherine joined Wilshire Advisory Group from its inception. With a background of over 30 years of design and construction experience, coupled with a real estate background in sales and management, Catherine brings a unique perspective to the team. Additionally, she is able to assist in space planning and design while bringing valuable insight into construction budgeting to meet specific client needs.

Catherine is the founder of Design House, a company created in 2001 specializing in remodeling and new construction with projects completed in the greater Los Angeles area. She became a California State Licensed General Contractor in 1993 and has degree in interior design. Creating projects from the ground up, Catherine spec built at a time when women were rarely present in the construction field, yet she was there from the initial process to completion.

A native Californian, Catherine graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and began her career in Southern California as a project manager. There she worked specializing in commercial construction and obtained her General Contractors license. After years working in the industry, Catherine had turned her efforts into purchasing properties and creating her vision through careful planning and design. Her meticulous efforts showed in the unique projects that were completed through her company Design House.

Before joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Cyrano Adlawan was with Stone-Miller for more than twenty years.  He specializes in representing corporate tenants on their office leases (renewals, relocations) as well as on office building purchases/sales.  Cyrano primarily works in the Greater Los Angeles market. On a daily basis, Cyrano works with the largest office landlords – Equity Office/Blackstone, Douglas Emmett, Irvine Company, Hines, Tishman Speyer and their brokerage representatives. Cyrano has a diverse client base that includes technology, entertainment, financial services, legal, and accounting firms.  In addition, Cyrano works with US subsidiaries of Asian conglomerates.  Cyrano is very experienced working with companies on their multi-market national office lease portfolios.

Cyrano holds Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global and is a member of Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).  He completed the Construction Management certificate and Real Estate Finance and Investments certificates from UCLA Extension.  He is a licensed California real estate broker.

Cyrano is a long-time volunteer with the Monterey Peninsula Foundation (including the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Pure Insurance Championship impacting First Tee).  He has also volunteered with the United State Golf Association (USGA) on over ten national championships.

Previously, Cyrano worked as a broker for the Charles Dunn Company. Cyrano started his real estate career as Assistant to the Chairman for Los Angeles 2000 Partnership, and then as Assistant to the CEO on the successful Walt Disney Concert Hall project.  He was paid staff for the US Presidential Campaign (1992).

Cyrano holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and graduated as a national Woodrow Wilson Fellow.  During college, he interned for US Senator Pete Wilson (CA), the World Affairs Council in Los Angeles, and the Asia Foundation in San Francisco.

Before his tenure at Wilshire Advisory Group, Aaron joined Stone-Miller in 2017, and has since sold more than $100,000,000 of Commercial Real Estate. Aaron has worked with investors and developers in the purchase and sale of multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties, and has also represented several clients in securing 1031 exchange properties.

In addition, Aaron has represented his clients in leasing more than 250,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail space all throughout the Western United States. Aaron’s core focus is on client service, quick problem solving and attention to detail, which have allowed him to deliver strategic solutions to his clients.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and is currently pursuing his Masters of Real Estate Development at University of Southern California. Aaron is an active member of Urban Land Institute and is involved in the Jewish Federation.

As a Vice President with Wilshire Advisory Group, Cindy brings a well-rounded background from her experience in commercial real estate while working more than ten years at Stone-Miller; Cindy developed a list of clients that crosses a wide spectrum of industries including banking, finance, advertising, public relations, technology, education, medical, logistics, and more. Cindy’s clients range from local businesses to fortune 500 companies, as well as clients from Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Cindy’s major responsibilities included seeking prospective investment properties, formulating purchase offers, negotiating the transactions, and finding source funding. In addition, Cindy also performed financial analysis for development projects, oversaw the construction of improvements including office buildouts, urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and industrial conversions to creative offices, and negotiated all the leases for the portfolio.

Cindy was previously the Vice President of Asset Management with Elite Property Management. She was responsible for overseeing a four million square foot private portfolio, including growing the portfolio by acquiring two million square feet of medical buildings, including an LTAC Hospital, retail locations, office buildings, and industrial buildings.

Prior to her career in real estate, Cindy worked for PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (now UnitedHealthcare, Inc.), as a financial analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department where she was responsible for financial modeling and reviewing due diligence documents for acquisitions. Cindy also spent several years at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin, Inc., a well-established investment banking firm.

Cindy is a native Californian. She enjoys woodworking and home improvement projects, the great outdoors, and dabbles in photography. Cindy took a 4-year break from the workforce to live in Italy and traveled.

Luis Aguirre is a Vice President at Wilshire Advisory Group, specializing in tenant representation in South Florida. Luis is recognized for his emphasis in providing personalized attention, making sure to always have his client’s best interests at hand.

Luis is passionate about business. From a young age he ventured as an entrepreneur in the auto parts market, turning his company “tusrepuestos” into a pioneer, one of the first in Latin America to sell his products through the Internet.

A 33-year Floridian, Luis worked for the Government of the United States of America before moving to Miami from his native Venezuela. In this role, he was responsible for managing numerous high-profile events, including the visit of the Vice President of the United States.

His background in financial management and sales, along with his vast knowledge of South Florida, have equipped him with the experience and skills to launch his career in real estate. His charismatic personality, tireless work ethic, and passion for this exciting market have enabled him to provide outstanding results.

As an experienced marathon runner with numerous awards and recognitions, Luis knows the importance of preparing to cross the finish line. Always focused on achieving objectives, Luis does not hesitate to go the extra mile for his clients.

As an Associate Vice President with Wilshire Advisory Group, Richard specializes in tenant representation for commercial office lease transactions.  Richard has demonstrated his knowledge and experience in lease and sublease negotiation.  His detail-oriented approach combined with his relationship-building skills is evidenced by successful real estate solutions for a diverse range of clients from private entertainment companies to fashion industry titans such as Nasty Gal Inc.

As an example, working as exclusive representation for Nasty Gal Inc., Richard favorably negotiated a 50,000 SF corporate headquarters expansion in Downtown Los Angeles, and relocated and expanded their Distribution Center to a 500,000 SF facility in Kentucky.

During his more than 40 years of Real Estate experience, Richard has gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial real estate, including construction, construction supervision, project management, cost bidding and negotiation, real estate development, property management, and the acquisition and disposition of income property.

Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Richard was involved in residential real estate development and property management.

Cassandra is a Senior Associate at Wilshire Advisory Group as a Commercial Tenant Representative.  With a background in Real Estate Development and Finance, she is an expert in servicing her clients while achieving the best economics. Cassandra takes extra care to go above and beyond for all her clients with creative alternatives to office planning and deal strategies.

Cassandra attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate with a degree in Sociology Marketing and Sustainable Building Environments. In addition, she obtained her Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University.  While attending NYU, Cassandra was employed by Sperry Capital working in Capital Markets and as a Development Analyst.

Terri specializes in tenant representation throughout Los Angeles. Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, she started her real estate career at Stone-Miller in 2018 and has represented local and national tenants in a wide array of industries including law, finance, entertainment, medical, and manufacturing. Terri uses her market knowledge to represent her clients in site selection, lease negotiations, lease renewals, and workplace strategy optimization. Driven by her determination and passion for achieving client satisfaction, she works diligently to provide commercial tenants with first-rate results.

Terri was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Anthropology. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and doing outdoor activities.

Los Angeles native, Chris Kelliny graduated from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism in 2016, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Chris also received minors in Digital Entrepreneurship from the Viterbi School of Engineering & the Music Industry program from the Thornton School of Music.

Chris Kelliny is now a Real Estate Consultant at Wilshire Advisory Group, specializing in tenant representation throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Chris joined Wilshire Advisory Group, with the goal to provide unique value to his clients through his acquired real estate disciplines.

Outside of work Chris serves his community as a volunteer through his church. Additionally, he enjoys playing basketball, watching the NFL, and spending time outdoors with his friends and family.

Originally from South Africa, now living in Florida. Marc has always had a passion for real estate, and is excited for the opportunity to join the Wilshire Advisory Group to specialize in representing tenants with their commercial lease transactions. Marc has always had a passion for real estate and through his recent success as a Business Development Specialist, he uses the art of negotiation to benefit his clients.

Prior to joining the Wilshire Advisory Group, Marc obtained his CPA license and has worked at Big 4 accounting firms and been practicing public accounting for over a decade. More recently, Marc has helped grow businesses across the USA and his relationship building success has led to success across many industries.

After living throughout the United States, JoAnn moved to Southern California as a teenager. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona and began a career in software development. JoAnn co-founded and managed her own technology company customizing software for apparel companies.

After 20 years in the IT field, she pursued other career interests including esthetician, personal chef, and business consultant. She also attended UCLA and earned a paralegal certificate. JoAnn brings a diverse background to her role as Office Manager at Wilshire Advisory Group.

In her spare time, JoAnn enjoys hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains. She is also a cooking enthusiast and enjoys trying and developing new recipes and sharing these with friends, family, and the Wilshire team.

Geena Santos is a Los Angeles native. She has many years of customer support and administrative experience and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Her work experience and positive attitude make her an asset to the daily operations at Wilshire Advisory Group. In her free time, Geena enjoys reading, scrapbooking, playing soccer, and traveling.
