As a Vice President with Wilshire Advisory Group, Cindy brings a well-rounded background from her experience in commercial real estate while working more than ten years at Stone-Miller; Cindy developed a list of clients that crosses a wide spectrum of industries including banking, finance, advertising, public relations, technology, education, medical, logistics, and more. Cindy’s clients range from local businesses to fortune 500 companies, as well as clients from Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Cindy’s major responsibilities included seeking prospective investment properties, formulating purchase offers, negotiating the transactions, and finding source funding. In addition, Cindy also performed financial analysis for development projects, oversaw the construction of improvements including office buildouts, urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and industrial conversions to creative offices, and negotiated all the leases for the portfolio.
Cindy was previously the Vice President of Asset Management with Elite Property Management. She was responsible for overseeing a four million square foot private portfolio, including growing the portfolio by acquiring two million square feet of medical buildings, including an LTAC Hospital, retail locations, office buildings, and industrial buildings.
Prior to her career in real estate, Cindy worked for PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (now UnitedHealthcare, Inc.), as a financial analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department where she was responsible for financial modeling and reviewing due diligence documents for acquisitions. Cindy also spent several years at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin, Inc., a well-established investment banking firm.
Cindy is a native Californian. She enjoys woodworking and home improvement projects, the great outdoors, and dabbles in photography. Cindy took a 4-year break from the workforce to live in Italy and traveled.
